Mee Rebus Johor...all time fav!

did this last week..or is it the week before? hehehe tak ingat lah..kuah follow original recipe tapi bahan tabur dia ade sikit kurang...kita lupa nak buat tepung rangup as part of bahan taburan..
teringat dulu2 masa belajar kat johor...kita suka sangat makan mee rebus lan janggut sebelah kotaraya or mee rebus kat kebayan..:)
Mee Rebus Johor

3 batang serai - dititik
2 cm lengkuas - dititik
500 gm tetel- nak rebus dulu pun bleh gak [nak lagi best guna tulang rusuk..tapi kene lebih dari 500g]
300 g udang [guna udang kering/geragau pun ok gak..tapi tumbuk halus]
1 cawan kacang tanah - sangrai n kisar halus
7 tbsp tauco - tumbuk sket biar hancur
10 cawan air
garam gula secukup rasa
300g ubi keledek - direbus n lecek [me selalunyer lepas kupas..blend terus dgn air n biar je merenih dgn kuah sampai sebati..tak rebus dulu]
minyak utk menumis
bahan kisar:
2 tbsp ketumbar biji
1 tsp jintan manis
1 tsp jintan putih
20 cili kering - seeded n rendam air panas..pastu toskan
3 bawang besar
5 bawang putih
1 peket rempah kari daging
mee kuning - dicelur sket
taugehdaun sup/ bawang - hiris halus
cili hijau - hiris
tauhu goreng - potong kecil2
bawang goreng
telur rebus
limau kesturi
panaskan minyak pastu tumis bahan kisar plus serai n lengkuas till naik bau..masukkan daging n udang
masukkan kacang tanah, tauco..masak kejap pastu tambah air
perisakan garam gula secukup rasa
masukkan ubi keledek yg dah dilecek..masak sampai pekat n daging empuk
kuah siap..hidangkan bersama mee kuning n bahan taburkalau takmo guna keledek..guna tepung gandum pun bleh gak
