- sediakan SUSU Segar ( bukan susu pekat manis )
- sediakan beberapa batang bunga cengkih [jika suka bleh buh cinnamon sket]
- sedikit gula
- sedikit madu(takde pun takper, sekadar nak tambah power)
- periuk pemanas susu
- beberapa uncang teh
- susu segar sejuk [kadang2 bekukan so bila blend jadik cam sorbet]
- banana
- badam
- honey
- buah kurma
blend sampai hancur, sebati n berbusa..pastu slurppppppppppppp
Starbuck's Frozen Frappuccino
- 1 1/2 cups cold coffee
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon melted chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups crushed ice or ice cubes
1. Combine the coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup and salt in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve sugar.
2. Add the vanilla extract and ice then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stir with a spoon if necessary to help blend.
3. Pour drink into two 16-ounce glasses. Makes 2 large drinks.
Caramel
For this version, add 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup to the recipe above and prepare as described. Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzled caramel. [even better with ice cubes made from leftover coffee... ]
Lassi
[ni my fav drink dulu kini n selamanya]
- manggo pulp - yg masak ranum n manis [ or any fruit of your choice]
- yogurt
- gula sket [jika perlu]
- sedikit susu[cream pun bleh]
- ais batu
blend je everything sampai smooth then tuang dlm gelas..siapp. kalau nak chopped sket manggo taruk kemudian pun bleh..kalau nak rasa lassi yg 'sparkling'.. top up dgn air aiskrim soda[sket je tau nanti curdle lak]
yg dah penah try..banana, nangka, nenas, betik, honeydew n mint...guna isi nyiork muda pun penah..not bad aaa rasa dia [instead of gula..guna ayaq gula yg dimasak dgn pandan byk2 bagi aromatic]kalau indian kadang dorang taruk rose water sket..tambah aroma kat plain lassi
