we had grilled rosemary chicken for lunch just now..

very very simple recipe by jamie oliver..chicken [whole or pieces] rubbed with pounded garlic with rosemary and black pepper..seasoned to taste with salt n lemon juice. Drizzle some olive oil..put on top of chunky sweet potato n onion wedges..grilled to cook, done within less than an hour...siapp!!!
with or withour side dishes..clear plates guaranteed :D
note : that jagged edge leaf is a local herbs for healing chesty cough but it smell n taste exactly like italian oregano..exactly!!
