Phewww!!! Wutta day...

Very very early in the morning i made this for a dear friend of mine..
It supposed to be a suprise-belated- birthday-mini-party-planned-in-dayss-n-days-ahead, but i guess not everything will fall into places, accordingly..hehehe
any way..

Later in the evening the bowling session took place.. great time tho' its an 'excellent' therapy for my aching joints..hahahaha
Basic Creme Caramel
Ingredients:
1 liter fresh milk
5 whole egg
5 yolk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
for caramel:
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp hot boiling water
methods :
Firstly make the caramel. Put the sugar in a pan over medium heat till melted and slightly browned. Add in hot water and stir with wooden spoon till dissolved. Immediately pour into caserol or souffle or ramekin dish..or any steaming proof dish of your liking, tipping it round the base and sides to coat.
Prepare steamer. Lightly beat together eggs, yolks and vanilla till combined. Warm the milk and sugar over low heat. Remove pan from heat before its starts to boil. Pour in a mixing bowl together with beaten eggs. Still till weel mixed then strain. pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Place the dish in the steamer and steam over medium heat till cooked.
