aisehhhh..terdelete plak shot yg cantik2 kat picasa..ni jer lah yg tinggal
sabo je lahhhhh! eh lupa lak...this is beef calzone, first time cuba buat. all this while me dok ingat calzone nih mcm pastry..rupa rupanya mcm roti[lebih menyerupai roti base pizza]. sementelah inti daging karipap dah sedia ada..guna je lahh
not bad lah..roti tak lah terlalu gebu tapi lembut [resepi asal ade bread improver n softener tapi me omit sebab i consider both bahan 'alien'..hehehehe]. Rasanya pun sedap n very filling...rupa pun presentable.
