muffins, muffins and more muffins.....

my kitchen have turned into muffin testing ground...hehehehe

this is another simple recipe..resulted 40 pcs..dats a lot!. with fillings n extra essence it taste better than the plain one [the soda taste is slightly overwhelming] I did the version with carrot shred n orange rind..

hmm not bad..not bad

i am thinking of doing the orange sugar frosting tomorrow n iced the top

we'll see how lah! :D
