take a tako..

i only do or take order for this tako whenever i really feel like doing it..else, forget it lahh! ...hehehehe
its quite tedious to prepare the casing one by one uniform in size and u cant prepare the casing too early or it'll end up dry or 'swollen'

pandanus tako casings filled with a dollop of corn ala cream..the best is using diced water chesnut but since i accidently cut my right hand..i minimised or omit any cutting/chopping method...cakittt woooooo!

filled with hoen kwee [green pea flour] custard then topped with coconut cream topping n dot with diced cherry.
