sotong kawin dengan ketam di patayya

amboiii tajuk...hehehehehehe.
actually...ni resepi org tgh malas., malas nak masak ketam n sotong separately n malas nak masak sayur
kobis n carrot tu siram air panas je kejap pastu tos n tompok jek atas pinggan then tuangkan je ketam n sotong goreng patayya by the side..
so jadik la camni je ...



afeef n boss dah makan nasik ayam earlier tapi end up makannnnn lagi nasi dgn lauk sotong kawin nih..afeef makan ketam sampai terpelanting depan tv..huuhuuu


cara nak buat dia simple jek:
just tumbuk bawang putih agak byk gak la dgn cili hidup, tp jgn terlampau hancur
pastu tumis jek dgn minyak masak+ minyak bijan sket. once naik bau, just masukkan sos tiram sket, sos tomato sket , sos cili sket and adjust garam n gula to taste..
thennn masukkan seafood pastu tutup kuali bagi cepat sket masak n tak makan masa lama..
then masukkan daun selasih atau daun limau purut...siapp!

pastu any seafood kita bleh guna utk buat masak patayya nih
nak guna ayam n daging pun bleh tapi kene goreng/rebus dulu lah
