serimuka pulut hitam has been my signature dish since my very first 'bungy jump' into this biz.
original pandan juice is a must in every serimuka... a dash of apple green n egg yellow wud tint it to perfection..more than that..errrr forget it lah!
being northen..we made our serimuka with a lotta eggs which is diff from the southern style.
