Nature's Bounty...



The very first bloom from the ginger torch plant in my garden. Among the pioneer plants that been 'residing' my front yard since we moved in here.

hmmmm.... laksa sign in a very near future..:)

Laksa Kola Perlis

1 kilo ikan temenung - siang, rebus bersama garam n 2-3 keping asam gelugur, perisi then kisar halus n tapis

dikisar halus:
6-8 bawang besar
15 cili kering - buang biji, celur n toskan
10 cili merah
sedikit belacan

air secukupnya
asam gelugur
garam
bunga kantan - dibelah 4
daun kesum

bhn tabur :
laksa kering - rendam then celur hingga kembang, toskan [kalau dapat laksa basah atau laksa cap lagi bagus]
telur rebus - dibelah 2 timun - dihiris
daun selom- dihiris
bawang besar - dihiris
cili padi - dihiris
limau nipis - dibelah
otak udang

Cara-cara :
Tumis kering [tanpa minyak]bhn kisar di dalam periuk besar hingga bau cili hilang..then masukkan isi/pati/stok ikan bersama daun kesum n bunga kantan n asam gelugur. Biar merenih utk tempoh yang lama hingga rasa kuah tu cukup mesra. Tambahkan garam secukup rasa.
Hidangkan laksa bersama bahan tabur, tuangkan kuah. Siap!!

nota: kalau takmo tumis kering..just masukkan everything dlm periuk..renih sampai masak
